At Central Plains Concrete Cutting we are capable of cutting a variety of concrete and asphalt materials with multiple saws.

Slab Sawing

Flat sawing is typically used for removing sections of flat concrete slabs or asphalt parking lots or roads. It’s best used when removing curbs, roadway sections, plumbing ditches, and HVAC openings in floors. And is also a good option when access to a phone line, electrical, cable, or fiber optic is needed in existing slabs.

Wall Sawing

Wall sawing is typically used on vertical surfaces when doorways, windows, and HVAC openings are needed. Wall sawing uses diamond blades and can cut precisely through concrete and masonry structures.

It’s best used for straight, smooth finished openings in walls, ceilings, and floors. It can be used on multiple applications including demolition when a clean edge is needed.

Wire Sawing

Wire sawing is best used when large sections of concrete need to be removed, such as bridge piers and other unique shapes which require the use of different angles in order to remove the material.

Wire sawing uses a diamond cable that can be looped together with a pulley system to cut large sections of concrete at different angles.

Hand Sawing

The use of hand saw/ring saw is needed in tight and/or confined places where flat saws and walls saws won’t reach or fit.

Concrete Core Drilling

Coring is used to create a circular opening for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC openings in existing concrete structures.

We have cores in stock that range from 1” to 48” and can special order larger size cores with advance notice.

Specialty Services

We also offer: new concrete driveways and sidewalks, replacement driveways, concrete demolition, interior demolition, site concrete, concrete repair, concrete coatings, concrete walls, and general concrete construction.

We also offer ground-penetrating radar, offered by request only. We locate areas, especially those that have post-tension cables or rebar that can not be damaged in the cutting process.
